Terms & Conditions

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
We must have your correct email address as we will email you an order confirmation upon successful registration. You will also receive a Live Immersion Training Program Information Sheet including Hotel/Venue information BY EMAIL at least two weeks prior to the scheduled dates of your Live Immersion Training Program Event. If you have not received your Live Immersion Training Program Information Sheet by two weeks before the scheduled dates of your Live Immersion Training Program, contact our office at info@borntoelevate.com and we will make sure to re-send it.

NO REFUND POLICY FOR REGISTRATIONS
Once paid, registration fees for the Online Course, Live Immersion Training Programs, and other events are non-refundable. Any terms on this page referring to the “Live Immersion Training Program(s)” also applies to the Online Course and other events by Borntoelevate, LLC. If a registrant desires to reschedule his or her attendance at a Live Immersion Training Program or event, registration is transferable to another Live Immersion Training Program or event hosted by Borntoelevate LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors or assigns (“Borntoelevate”, “we” or “us”) so long as registrant provides us with at least thirty (30) days written or electronic (emailed) notice of the desire to transfer the registration. 

Your rescheduled Live Immersion Training Program or event must take place within one (1) year from the original Live Immersion Training Program or event date. A transfer certificate will be saved in your personal record with Borntoelevate in value to the dollar amount paid for the original registration. An administrative fee of USD $50 will apply in the event you transfer your Live Immersion Training Program or event date as permitted above. Sale or transfer of Live Immersion Training Program tickets or credits to another person is not permitted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT/DISCOUNTED ENROLLMENT POLICY
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a Online Experience, Live Immersion Training Program or related event(s) in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a Live Immersion Training Program or event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the canceled or postponed Live Immersion Training Program or event to within twelve (12) months from its original start date. Registration fees paid by registrants for a canceled or postponed Live Immersion Training Program shall apply to the newly scheduled Live Immersion Training Program on a dollar for dollar basis only. In the event Borntoelevate elects not to reschedule the canceled Live Immersion Training Program or event, the registrant will be offered a refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any registration fee(s) already paid. Borntoelevate is not responsible for airline tickets, hotel costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs, and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes. Please allow thirty (30) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes.
Live Immersion Training Program dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice. Borntoelevate reserves the right to change any and all instructors for each Live Immersion Training Program or event without notice.

Discounts associated with the original purchase are non-transferrable. Discounted enrollments are only directly transferrable to target seminars currently priced at or above the same discount as the original purchase. Targeted seminars with a lower current discount than the original purchase will need to register at the target seminar, with a discount equivalent to the difference between the original discount, and the currently available discount. The administrative fee will also be assessed for such transfers. All payments are adjusted to the local currency and applicable taxes for the target seminar. Sale or transfer of seminar tickets or credits is not permitted. Discount prices shown online are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and are subject to tax, as applicable.

By registering for a Live Immersion Training Program, you acknowledge that Borntoelevate LLC does not make any representation, warranty, or guarantee as to whether you will ultimately attain sufficient understanding and knowledge to become a practitioner of Reconnective Healing. Regardless of whether you become a practitioner, once paid, the registration fee becomes non-refundable. Any right to a refund is not dependent on whether you become a practitioner of Reconnective Healing.

TAX INFORMATION
All sales are priced on the website inclusive of all applicable VAT or other taxes, where applicable. If you would like to receive a VAT invoice for your purchase, please contact us at info@Borntoelevate.com with the subject line “REQUEST FOR TAX INVOICE, Attn. Accounting.” Please note that Borntoelevate LLC is not responsible for any additional taxes that may be assessed by any taxing agency on your purchase due to our processing being located in the United States.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Reconnection LLC is a US-based business with the ability to process most bank cards in many other currencies. We presently accept credit/debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, and Diner’s Card in all currencies available on our website, as well as PayPal and American Express payments in USD only. The payment amount charged to your credit or debit card will be processed in the payment currency displayed on the checkout page. The amount you pay in your selected currency may be based on a currency exchange rate, which is set at that time of purchase.

This amount may fluctuate based on changes in the exchange rate between your selected currency and USD. Borntoelevate LLC is not responsible for any changes on our website after your payment, or discrepancies against rates listed by other foreign currency exchange services.
Checks, Wire Payments, and Money Orders are not currently accepted online. If you are unable to pay using one of the payment types available on our website, please contact our office at +1 (469) 718-9641 to determine whether any alternate payment arrangements may be available.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCT AND MERCHANDISE
Returns of physical goods and merchandise purchased through Borntoelevate’s online store require prior authorization from Borntoelevate. Returns must be requested within thirty (30) days of the date of sale. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, only Borntoelevate product(s) deemed defective in our discretion. Software or downloadable product is always non-refundable.
All purchases, whether of a physical good, service, software, or downloadable product made at a Borntoelevate on-site store are non-refundable. No exchanges; all sales on-site are final.

Products provided and/or sold by Borntoelevate’s partners, event organizers, promoters, or otherwise affiliated parties are subject to the return policy of the respective parties.
